Kaiser Rudolph bewilligt statt des Banngerichtes zur Bestrafung der rebellischen Bauern dem Verlangen der 3 politischen Stände ein Kriminaljudizium aus Landeshauptmann, Vizedom und 2 aus jedem der 4 Stände.
