Propst Vitus zitiert den Pfarrer von St. Marienkirchen Kaspar Jaubinger und rügt ihn, daß er den Tod des Prädikanten von Wallern nicht gemeldet und einen neuen habe einziehen lassen. Ein Prozeß gegen Gundacker von Polheim.
