Abstract
1. Juni 1624
Vgl. 7. September 1621. Beiläufig 1612 ließ Schmidtauer die Zechschreine in Pesenbach gewaltsam aufbrechen und nahm mehrere Briefe und Urbarien mit sich; ferner entzog er der Kirche und dem Pfarrer zu Feldkirchen ihre Untertanen und Gefälle. Propst Leopold Zehetner klagt auf Herausgabe und erhärtet seine Klagen durch Zeugen.
