Erneuerung der kaiserlichen Resolution vom 26. Juni 1630, daß bei Streitigkeiten über geistliche Güter, die in weltliche Hände gekommen sind, der Kaiser sich selbst das Urteil vorbehalte und überhaupt keine Präskription stattfinde.
