Abstract
7. März 1671
Anstände mit Passau wegen der Besetzung der Pfarre Ebelsberg. Vor dem Wiener Rezeß hatte Propst David Fuhrmann die Präsentation unterlassen. Nach dem Tode des Pfarrers Sacher 1670 behauptete der Bischof, Ebelsberg sei St. Florian nicht inkorporiert.
