Abstract
5. März 1722
Der Untertan des Pfarrhofs St. Marienkirchen ( cf. 26. September 1457) am Bindergut zu Roitham besaß einen der Herrschaft Eferding lehenbaren Zehent am Parzergut, den die Herrschaft einlösen wollte. Pfarrer führt Prozeß und gewinnt. Eferding darf nicht einlösen.
