Krems.Siegler:1) Bischof, 2) Kapitel.Zeugen: Ulrich rector parrochialis ecclesie in Scherding, Conradus dictus Has rector parrochialis ecclesie in Hartchirchen, Erhard Widmer presbyter.Notariatsbeglaubigung: 1) Hainricus Kekch clericus Patauiensis publicus apostolica et imperiali auctoritate notarius, 2) Heinricus dictus Rupfel clericus Patauiensis publicus imperiali auctoritate notarius.Indiccione octava, die 24. Maii hora quasi sexta, pontificatus Urbani pape quinti anno octavo.
