Kaspar Staudinger verkauft an Kaspar Ortner den Orthof beim Welsertor vor der Stadt Eferding. Soll an Staudinger und dessen Erben dienen: 12 Schilling Pfg, 20 Metzen Korn, 20 Metzen Haber, 2 Metzen Weizen, Wandel: 72 Pfge, Stift: 2 Hühner und 32 Pfg, Anleit und Abfart, Sterbhaupt je 1 Pf Pfg.
