In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis. Heinricus Dei gracia dux Austrie uniuersis fidelibus presentibus et futuris salutem in domino. Quoniam divina prouidentia ceteris prefecit potentes, dum mitiusprouident subditos, opprimunt potenter (sic). Intelligimus autem, talibus necessarium esse, ut per alimoniam prouideant fini, ne forte tormenta potenter patiantur. Hac nimirum prouidentia de gente simplici et humili elegimus atque collegimus monachos hybernienses, ex quibus abbatiam fundauimus in territorio nostro wiennensi. Huic autem noue plantationi nostre de bonis nostris tam mobilibus quam immobilibus facultatem, prout potuimus, ad prebendas et officinas collocandas contulimus. Contulerunt etiam et alii exemplo nostro et auctoritate, et uineas, et agros, inter quos dominus Berchtoldus de Phissenmunt plebanvs predia uniuersa, que tunc possidebat, super altare beate Marie prefato monasterio nostro absque omni contradictione libere dedit ac delegauit, hoc interposito tenore, ut idem Berchtoldus et alius duntaxat solus successor ipsivs predicta predia, quamdiv illi duo uiuerent, possiderent et talentum vnum annuatim pro eisdem prediis monasterio redderent, quibus duobus defunctis predia supradicta libere et expedite et remota omni reclamatione transirent in possessionem et usus monasterii nostri. Nos autem hec omnia, recognoscente illustri coniuge nostra Theodora ducissa Austrie, prefatam donationem ac delegationem cum prediis suscepimus in perpetuam protectionem ac patrocinium nostrum et successorum nostrorum in presentia hominum et ministerialium nostrorum. Huius autem rei testes sunt. Comes Heinricus de Schala. Comes Cuonradus de Pilstain. Comes Leupoldus de Pleigen. Otto de Lenginbach. Volricus de Asparn. Otto de Aschaim. Heberhardus de Rudnich. Albero de Cunringen et filius eius Hademarus et fratres (sic) eius Raboto castellanus de Medelich et Rapoto filius eius et Otto de Purcharstorf. Wernhardus de Rawanstain. Volricus dapifer. Berhtoldus de Iwanstal. Heinricus de Mistelbach. Hirimfridus de Gnannendorf et alii quam plurimi. Hanc autem supradicte donationis ac nostre confirmationis paginam presentem sigilli nostri inpressione corroborauimus, ne uel is, qui dedit ac delegauit, uel alius, quod in presentia nostra factum est, mutare audeat uel retractare. Acta sunt autem hec anno ab Incarnatione domini M° C° LXX° Indictione IIIa.
