Rüdiger, Bischof von Passau, erlaubt dem Abte des Schottenklosters zu Wien auf dessen Bitte, die Pfarre Pulkau nach dem Tode des gegenwärtigen Pfarrers durch einen seiner Conventualen zu besetzen.

    Rvdegerus, dei gratia Patauiensis episcopus, omnibus presentem paginam inspecturis salutem in omnium salutari. Per presens scriptum notum facimus vniuersis, quod nos petitionibus dilectorum in Christo fratrum abbatis et conuentus sancte Marie apud Schotos in Wienna inclinati indulsimus eisdem, ut post tempora uite plebani, qui iam ecclesie in Pulka dinoscitur presidere, abbas Schotorum unum de fratribus instituendi in eadem ecclesia habeat potestatem. Et ne in posterum super tali iure aliqua ipsis possit calumpnia suboriri, presentem paginam sigilli nostri impressione et testium subscriptione duximus roborandam. Testes sunt hij, Chunradus decanus Patauiensis, Chunradus plebanus maioris ecclesie et Vlricus de Maeminge canonicus Patauiensis. Actum anno domini millesimo CCo. XXXoVII., pontificatus nostri anno quarto.
