Papst Alexander III. verleiht dem Abte Pilgrim von St. Paul ,usum mitre personaliter, sicut etiam successoribus tuis. In ecclesiis vero, quas in vestro fundo habetis, liceat vobis sacerdotes eligere et episcopo presentare, quibus, si idonei fuerint, episcopus animarum curam committat, ut ei de spiritualibus, uobis uero de temporalibus debeant respondere. Si uero de ecclesiis uestris secundum iudicium diocesani episcopi et uestrum uni non sufficit sacerdoti, liceat uobis unum ad plures ecclesias presentare diocesano episcopo‘. Zugleich ertheilt er dem Abte die Zehentfreiheit von Neubrüchen und jenen Besitzungen, von welchen sie durch vierzig Jahre bereits keinen Zehent entrichteten. – Datum Venetie in riuoalto. II. Non.
