Raphael sancti Georgii ad velum aureum s. Romane ecclesie Diaconus Cardinalis, divi pape camerarius ac monasterii s. Anastasii ad tres fontes extra muros alme vrbis perpetuus Commendatarius‘ bezeugt, ,quod religiosus vir Werhardus Tretthan,<sup>1</sup> monachus monast. s. Pauli etc. ad curiam Romanam ex parte reuerendi patris abbatis dicti monasterii et ad nos specialiter ex certis causis ueniens zelo deuotionis accensus quasdam reliquias ex prefato monasterio s. Anastasij ad tres fontes nomine Abbatis et conuentus eiusdem monast. s. Pauli requirens, reliquias martirum ss<sup>rum</sup> societatis s. Acacij existentes in capsa et sacro loco reliquiarum prefati monast. ad tres fontes et in capella eiusdem monast. sub inuocatione scale celi consistentes et solemniter repertas ad dictum monast. s. Pauli deferendas eidem concessimus‘. Er verleiht zugleich für die Verehrung dieser Reliquien einen Ablass an bestimmten Tagen, besonders denen, welche ausser andern guten Werken ,in augmentum monasterii s. Pauli eiusdemque reparationem et manutentionem diuini cultus manus adiutrices‘ reichen würden. –
