    In nomine C. summe C. et C. indiuidue C. trinitatis... Otto dictus abbas in wilheringen et omnis congregatio eiusdem loci notum facimus omnibus christianis tam presentibus quam futuris, quod quidam nobilis homo otto de grubeh predium quod kůrenberich dicitur, datis XV. marcis argenti examinati a nobis comparatum idipsum manu sua super altare sancte marie pro remedio anime sue delegauerit monachis et conuersis astantibus tali statuto, ut singulis annis duobus diebus consolationem inde percipiat conuentus in pane albo una cum piscibus recordationem sui et uxoris ipsius. Qui dies isti erunt feria secunda festo sancte trinitatis prima, in conmorationem coniugis eius, et festum sancti nicolai transferendum in eam diem, qua ipse de hoc seculo excesserit. Si quis hanc institutionis nostre paginam infringens deleuerit, deleatur nomen eius de libro uite.||
