In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis. Liupoldus dei gratia dux austrie et stirie omnibus in christo fidelibus salutem in perpetuum. Nouerint uniuersi tam presentes quam futuri, quod pater noster beate memorie dux Liupoldus fraterque noster Fridericus pro animarum suarum remedio ecclesie in Wilheringen et fratribus donauerint, ut bona eiusdem ecclesie ubique in terra sua aput thelonearios suos liberum absque omni iuris persolutione haberent transitum. Nos etiam eiusdem salutis, quam ipsi in hoc et in aliis benefactis suis promereri sperauerunt, participes effici cupientes supradicte ecclesie hoc ipsum donamus et ipsam eadem beniuolentia et fauore, quam pater noster fraterque noster circa ipsam intendere proposuerant, fouere intendimus. Insuper eidem ecclesie in predio Alberonis de Cemlivb et Sarabulcha, quod idem Albero eidem ecclesie donauit, et in predio Tiuffenbach, quod pater noster sepedicte ecclesie inpendit, omne ius nostrum in annona, que in uulgari dicitur marchfůter, contulimus. Vt autem hec nostra donatio inposterum inuiolata permaneat, presentem paginam scribi sigillique nostri inpressione subscriptioneque testium, quorum nomina sunt hec, roborari fecimus. De ordine liberorum Crafto de Amcinspach, Volricus de Perneche, Rapoto de Valchenberch, Walchunus de Griezbach. De ordine ministerialium Wichardus dapifer, Marquardus de Hinperch, Dietmarus marschalcus, Herrandus de Wildonia, Hartnidus de Orte, Dietmarus de liehtenstein, Wigandus de Chlamme et alii quam plures. Datum aput Newenburch per manus Vlrici notarii Anno incarnationis domini M. CC. II. Indictione IIII. XVIII Kalendas Januarii.
