Fridericus dei gratia dux Austrie et Stirie et dominus Carniole omnibus hanc litteram inspecturis salutem in perpetuum. Quia, quod in tempore agitur, successione temporis memorie hominum elabitur, nisi huiusmodi littere presidio succurratur, prouide decretum est, ut, que digna memoria iudicantur, scripture testimonio perhennentur. Tenore igitur presencium innotescimus universis, quod nos ad honorem dei et beate Marie semper virginis ecclesie Cisterciensis ordinis in Wilheringen donavimus ecclesiam parrochialem Grimarstetn cum omni iure, quo ipsam possedimus, aut ius presentandi, quod in ea habuimus, abbati et collegio dicti monasterii licite ac libere perpetualiter possidendam. Ut hec ergo donacio non possit ab aliquo reuocari, super collatione presenti hanc cartam conscribi iussimus, ipsam cenobio sepedicto in firmum robur et durabile testimonium assignando sigilli nostri munimine roboratam, testibus eciam ad amplificationem certitudinis subnotatis, qui huic donationi nostre hilariter et solempniter facte aderant, nostro facto et proposito iuxta quod et decuit, applaudentes. Quorum hec sunt nomina: Henricus prepositus patauiensis, Hartwicus prepositus de Walthuse, Otto abbas de Lilienvelde, Liupoldus plebanus de Heimburk, magister Liupoldus prothonotarius noster, magister Simon phisicus, Johannes cappelarius (sic), Conradus comes de Hardek, Cadoldus dapifer de Veldsperck, Henricus de Seuelde, Albero de Chunringen, Gundakarus de Stainpach, Hadmarus de Schonenperk, Hadmarus de Sunnenberk, Hadmarus de Valkenberk, Ditmarus de Stiria et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec in Cremis anno ab incarnatione domini millesimo ducentesimo quadragesimo, secundo Kal. Februarii, indictione tercia decima.
