Rudegerus dei gratia patauiensis episcopus omnibus hanc litteram inspecturis salutem imperpetuum. Que aguntur in tempore, ne labantur cum tempore, solent scripti memoria perhennari. Hinc est, quod tenore presentium innotescere volumus vniuersis, quod, cum dilecti in christo fratres abbas et conuentus sancte Marie in Wilheringe nobis humiliter supplicarent, vt donationem iuris patronatus ecclesie in Greimarsteten, quod dilectus amicus noster illustris dux Austrie Fridericus omni iure, quod se ratione iuris patronatus habere in dicta ecclesia asserebat, cum suis attinentiis dicto conuentui in remissionem suorum peccaminum progenitorumque suorum remedio donauit liberaliter perpetuo possidendam, auctoritate nostra et nostrarum litterarum dignaremur robore confirmare. Nos juste petitioni ipsorum fauorabiliter annuere cupientes de voluntate et consilio capituli nostri donationem eandem per prefatum dominum ducem factam liberaliter, vt premissum est, auctoritate, qua fungimur, dicto conuentui duximus confirmandam. Et ne super dicte donationis confirmatione memorato conuentui aliqua possit in posterum calumpnia suscitari, presentem paginam conscribi et sigillo nostro et capituli nostri statuimus conmuniri in testimonium et cautelam. Datum Patauie anno domini M. CC. XLI. septimo kalendas Martii, pontificatus nostri anno octauo.
