Rvdegervs Dei gratia Patauiensis Episcopus Imperpetuum. Grata et deuota obsequia abbatis et Conuentus Sancte Marie in Wilheringe nobis exhibita et que nobis gratiora inposterum exhibere poterunt, aduertentes, principaliter tamen pro diuina retributione eidem Ecclesie hanc gratiam fecimus specialem, ut de omnibus vineis ad ipsam pertinentibus, siue vinee in agros siue agri in vineas redigantur, nobis et successoribus nostris tantum vnam libram Wiennensem jn festo Cholomanni annuatim soluant nomine decimarum. Vt autem eidem Ecclesie indulta gratia a nobis et nostris successoribus inuiolabiliter obseruetur, presentem paginam cum sigilli nostri appensione et testium subscriptione fecimus roborari. Testes sunt hii: Magister Dietzo, Otto de Lonsdorf canonici Patauienses, Otto de Possmunster, Heinricus de Harthaim, Chunradus de Chremsdorf, Heinricus de Prisekke, Dietricus Abbas et frater Anshalmus de Alderspach, Gebolfus plebanus de Niwnchirchen, Otto Notarius et alii quam plures. Datum Patauie Anno domini Millesimo CC.XLVII. Kalendas Decembris, Pontificatus nostri Anno quinto decimo.
