Otto Dei Gratia Comes Palatinus Rheni, Dux Bawarie Omnibus Mutenariis et Theloneariis in Partibus Terre Austrie Salutem et omne bonum. Vestra nouerit dilectio, nos Priuilegia et rescripta eorundem serenissimi domini nostri Imperatoris Friderici nec non Ducum Austrie uidisse, quorum talis fuit tenor, quod ad supplicationem abbatis et Conuentus venerabilium Ecclesie Wilheringen hanc gratiam concesserunt specialem, ut de uictualibus et rebus eiusdem ubicumque in locis Mutarum et Theloneorum ducendis nulla Thelonea seu Mute in partibus eisdem soluantur ascendendo uel descendendo in aquis uel in terris, de hiis maxime non soluantur, que ad usus ipsius ecclesie pertinere uidentur. Insuper ipsis fratribus est concessum, ut talentum Salis maioris ligaminis seu ponderis super id, quod fratrum et familie eiusdem Monasterii necessitati sufficit, annuatim transducatur semel in anno sine Mutta. Nos itaque ipsi ecclesie eandem gratiam uolentes firmiter obseruari, Districte uobis precipiendo mandamus, ne contra Priuilegia sepedicti Monasterii aliquid exigatis. Datum Lyntz anno domini M. CC. XL. octauo, II. Idus Decembris.
