Cum nostris temporibus sint veritates a filiis hominum diminute, Nos, quorum nomina sunt subscripta, volentes divine remunerationis intuitu ecclesie in Wilhering ab insidiosa et fraudulenta prauorum malitia precauere inposterum, fidele de hoc testimonium perhibemus, quod pie memorie dux Fridericus uillam Echendorf sub Wagrain pleno iure, quo pater suus dux Leupoldus ipsam possederat eamque filio dereliquit, dicte ecclesie pro remedio anime sue suorumque progenitorum contulit libere et quiete perpetuo possidendam. Super quo presens scriptum fecimus nostris sigillis et nominibus conmuniri. Hec nostra sunt nomina: Otto de Slevnz, Rapoto de Valchenberch, Chadoldus et Hadmarus de Werd, Hainricus dapifer de Greitzenstain, Otto de Pertholtstorf.
