Ulricus de Lobenstain presentem paginam cognituris notitiam geste rei. Ne gestarum rerum euanescat memoria processu temporis, discretorum uirorum etas solet eam litteris eternare. Notum sit ergo tam futuris quam presentibus, quod nos Vlricus de Lobenstain possessionem nostram in Piberawe cum omnibus attinenciis, videlicet pratis, pascuis, nemoribus, agris, cultis et incultis cum consensu heredum nostrorum scilicet Sighardi, Witigonis, Perchtoldi, Vlrici, Alberonis et Ottakri dedimus domui sancte Marie in Wilhering liberaliter possidendam pro Ix libris wiennensis monete. Vt autem talis traditio nulla queat in posterum calumpnia perturbari, presentem paginam ipsis tradidimus nostri sigilli munimine roboratam. Acta sunt hec de consensu vxoris nostre domine Elyzabeth anno domini M. CC. LX. quinto, in festo sancti Martini. Huius rei testes sunt domini de Schownberch dominus Heinricus et Wernhardus seniores et Wernhardus et Heinricus iuniores, Vlricus de chapella, Sighardus et Růgerus, Arnoldus et Otto dicti Piberones, Otto rughalm, Chunradus wachrainarius, Vlricus et Vlricus officialis et alii quam plures.
