H. de Schovmberg vniuersis christi fidelibus tenorem presencium cognituris noticiam geste rei. Ne gestarum rerum processu temporis euanescat memoria, discretorum uirorum etas eam solet literis eternare. Presenti igitur scripto notum facimus tam presentibus quam futuris, quod dominus Ernestus abbas de Wilhering quandam possessionem sitam prope Nevndorf ecclesie sue apud Wernhardum dictum Celler comparauit, quam sibi tradidit cum consensu vxoris sue nomine Seyburgis et puerorum suorum liberaliter possidendam, fratribus et suis assensum prestantibus Dietrico uidelicet et Leone. Est autem talis conuentio eorundem, quod abbas cenobii prenotati quoddam predium in steinech ipsi Wernhardo pro concambio assignauit, quadam et apposita summa denariorum, quod (sic) pater suus pie memorie eidem ecclesie contulerat anime sue ob salutem. Vt autem hec nulla queant inposterum calumpnia perturbari, ad petitionem sepe dicti Wernhardi presentem cartam nostri sigilli munimine mandauimus roborari. Huius rei testes sunt Marquardus de alheimstorf, Wernhardus latinus, Eberhardus de tobel, Pillvngus de liechtenperg, Wernhardus volchrat, Dietmarus de mvlperg, Wernhardus officialis et filii sui, Aluuigus iudex et filius suus, Siboto, Wolfgerus officialis et alii quam plures. Actum Anno domini M. CC. LXX. in Conuersione sancti Pauli Apostoli.
