Evanescere solent more fluentis aque facta hominum, nisi voce testium uel scripti memorie recipiant firmamentum. Ad Noticiam presentium et futurorum peruenire cupimus ego Bertholdus et ego Chunradus germani fratres dicti de Tannberch, quod ratum et gratum habere uolumus et presenti scripto confirmamus testamentum, quod bone memorie dominus Pilgrimus dedit et delegauit Sancte Marie virgini in Wilhering videlicet curiam et feodum in Oprehtsperg sita pro remedio anime sue et vxoris sue et liberorum suorum eternaliter possidenda. Cum igitur dicte due possessiones a domino Manigoldo de Wesenberch domino Levtoldo prvschinkoni pro quatuordecim talentis sint obligate, addidimus predicte domui et fratribus ibidem dando liberaliter possessionem nostram, quod (sic) dicitur in dem Bircheich, ut per hoc predium prefatam possessionem conmodius redimant et resoluant. In Cuius rei testimonium presentem cedulam predictis fratribus dedimus voce testium et sigilli nostri munimine roboratam. Datum anno domini M. CC. LXXVIII. Sunt autem testes Heinricus de Etzleinsperg, Bilgerus et Vlricus filii sui, Otto de Emelingen, Chunradus de Justing, Chunradus de Chrencigen, Rugerus de stein, Albero Chreiner, Wernhardus de Hvn ... et alii quam plures.
