Testamentum inmobile et irreuocabile permanet, cum illud et uox testium et auctoritas roborat scripturarum. Proinde nos Sighardus et Albero fraters de Lobenstain clarescere cupimus uniuersis tenorem presentium inspecturis, quod, cum per longa tempora inter nos fratresque nostros Otakarum et Petrum ex parte una ed abbatem monasterii de Wilhering ex parte altera lis et contentio haberetur pro quodam colono nomine Ditmaro filio Hartmudi quondam residentis in Durchsteten in predio uidelicet, quod pater noster dominus Vlricus felicis memorie una cum dicto colono positus in extremis prefate dedit ecclesie pro anime sue remedio ob honorem gloriose uirginis Marie, habito consilio et deliberatione debita tandem cessimus liti et, contentioni ita, quod super proprietate persone supradicti Ditmari publicam coram testibus fecimus abdicationem et abstipulationem, quod uulgariter dicitur fuercicht, offerentes cundem beate uirgini Marie in Wilhering titulo proprietatis perpetuo permansurum, Aperte nichilominus profitentes et promittentes per tenorem presentium super predictam defensionem debitam et exhibere nos auctores, quod uulgo dicitur Gwer, contra heredum nostrorum uel etiam aliorum quorunlibet inpetitionum inpulsus et querimonias. Dampnum quoque, quod dicta ecclesia pro tali causa receperit, promissimus integraliter resarcire. In cuius rei testimonium presens scriptum sepediete dedimus ecclesie nominate sigilli et voce testium munimine (sic) roboratum. Sunt autem testes dominus Heinricus de Volchenstorf, Otto dictus Rotenmoser, Siboto et Ditmarus dicti Asenboum, Chunradus Pauzwekk; De conuenta in Wilhering frater Chunradus prior, Hvgo, Heinricus Rotel, Otto cellerarius, Chunradus portarius et alii plures. Datum anno domini M°.CC°.LXXX. quinto circa festum Georii.

Die Brüder Otakar und Peter hatten schon 1284 diesen Streit beigelegt und sich verbunden, auch ihre Brüder zur Entsagung und Versöhnung zu veranlassen und allen Schaden zu ersetzen, welchen diese dem Kloster zugefügt hatten. Zeugen: Frater Hugo, Otto cellerarius, Baldwiwus, Arnoldus, Wernherus, Chunradus Casar, Heinricus Artter, Heinricus de Lonuelt.Language:
