Ego Vlricus dictus Mavter presentibus profiteor et contestor, quod dominis meis conuentui videlicet monasterii in Povmgartenperg vineam meam sitam Chremse in monte, qui Weinzverlsperch vocatur, quam quidem propria pecunia conparavi, dedi pro anime mee remedio sub hac forma, vt ego et vxor mea Alhaidis eandem vineam tenere debeamus in nostris vsibus ad tempora vite nostre. Post mortem vero nostram ad eosdem dominos meos libere pertinebit Ita tamen, quod extunc Is, qui eiusdem monasterii dominus et abbas pro tempore fuerit, conuentui antedicto dimidiam Libram denariorum dare debeat pro piscibus in meo anniversario annuatim. Insuper recognosco, quod in signum donationis predicte de prefata vinea servire debeamus ego et predicta vxor mea sex denarios in die beati Mychahelis annis singulis monasterio memorato. In cuius rei testimonium hanc Literam sepedicto dedi conventui roboratam sigillis domini Chvnradi Sitis et domini Levpoldi Judicum in Stain eo tempore et in Chremsa. Datum et actum anno domini M°.
