Die Brüder Lorencz, Thoman und Eberl der Volkhrat, Söhne des Chunrat Volkhrat verkaufen dem Abte Jacob und dem Convente zu Wilhering ihr Gütl Schefleiten in Greimartster Pfarre und Wessenberger Gericht ihr rechtes rittermäßiges freies Eigen, das jährlich dient 1 lb. d., 2 lb. Baumöhl, 4 Käse, 4 Hühner u. 30 Eier.
