In einem Briefe an einen Geistlichen (Venerabilis in Christo pater et domine) bittet der Prior Fr. Johannes Leyttner zu Wilhering um eine Geldunterstützung "propter multas necessitudines, quibus pro praesenti innodatus sum tum propter inimicorum tum propter varios corporis defectus."
