Abt Malachias von Wilhering verkauft das alte Spital an der Donau, "dazu das ... anliegende kleine Grund- Ertl nächst dem Sitzacker und herablaufendem Wässerl". Davon sind dem Kloster jährlich 1 Schilling Steuer und 2 Schilling Dienst zu entrichten. Käufer ist Martin Meringer.
