Herr Anton von Brandis hat mit Bewilligung von Abt Ulrich als Grundherrn von Michael Clarer und seiner Hausfrau Barbara das Baurecht auf dem Burgergut mit Haus, Hofstatt, Stadel, Stallung, Kasten, Badstube etc. gekauft und gibt Revers.
