Frater Wulfingus magister de Mverperge verkauft um 60 den. ein agellum in Gutramsdorf und pratum parvum zu ius emphiteuticum an den Abt und den Konvnt von Zwettl mit jährlichem Dienst von 24 den, wobei ein Rückkaufsrecht um 60 den. bis Martini-Weihnachten besteht. Zeugen: Bruder Marquard, Magister zu St. Johannes in Wien, Meinhard miles dictus de Niwendorf, Otto Pitz, Heinrich Metreta et gener suus Rudolf.
