Heinrich Cheyawer von Alolstey verkauft mit Zustimmung seiner Frau Agnes sein Burgrecht vom Kloster Zwettl in Form eines Hof zu Stainperg um 26 Pfd. an Leopold und Altmann, Vettern von Oberndorf. Zeugen: Albero, Ulrich, Wernhard di Strewenen von Schwarzenau; Heinriich der Pernhartzdorfer, Rudel und Wisent Mendleins Söhne von Zwettl, Meinhart Spitzendrat.
