Abstract
8. September 1329, Zwettl
Jacob can. Brixinensis et plebanus in Zwettl beurkundet vor Zeugen, daß Rugerus presbiter pie recordationis tunc meus procurator auf dem Totenbett sein Testament gemacht hat: er vermacht u.a. dem Kloster Zwetla einen Weingarten in (Kloster-)Neuburg an der Challeiten, damit der Konvent jährlich ein Mahl erhalte quod pitancia dicitur. Zeugen: Rugerus plebanus im Spital, Heinrich und Meinhard sacerdotes mei socii in Zwettl, Meinhard Spitzendrat, Ruedlin Mennle, Wizento Mennle, Petrus Institor, Johannes prope ecclesiam cives in Zwettl.
