Propst Leutold und Konvent von St. Pölten verkaufen die Burgrecht Mühle ob sand Cholmans chappelln ze nachst der stainein prukk dacz Stokcheraw, von der man Michaeli ½ Pfd. Burgrecht an Zwettl dient, um 130 Pfd. an Abt Niklas und den Konvent von Zwettl; auch sind zwei Urkunden zu übergeben: 1. Niklas des Pachmullner Erbe von Stokcheraw verzichtet auf die Mühle und 2. die Befreiung der Mühle vom Dienst.$$Siegler: Propst und Konvent.Source Regest:
