Abstract
17. Mai 1405
Johannes Petrus, comes palatinus, quondam Petri Nicolai de Venturinis, cives Romanus, verleiht Abt Ulrich von Zwettl aufgrund dessen persönlich in Rom vorgebrachte Bitten unter Inserierung der Urkunde K. Karls IV. von 1368 November 4, Rom (RI 8 n. 4701) das Recht, 17 geeignete Personen in Deutschland zu öffentlichen Notaren zu ernennen und 17 unehelich geborene Personen zu legitimieren.
