Abt Konrad von Altenburg führt die ihm von Papst Martin V. aufgetragene Inkorporierung der Pfarren Schweiggers und Zistersdorf an das Kloster Zwettl durch und verkündet sein Vorhaben dem Bischof, dem Kapitel und Klerus der Passauer Diözese.
