Bf. Leonhard von Passau inseriert das Privileg seines Vorgängers Bf. Wernhards von Passau von 1285 August 8, Passau und erneuert die Rechte des Klosters Zwettl hinsichtlich der Mautfreiheit für die Salzfuhren von jährlich zwei Talenten Salz in Passau und Obernberg.
