Appellation an Ebf. Sigismund von (Salzburg) oder seinen Offizial oder Vikar: [...]laus [...]gk in decretis licentiatus canonicus Pat. urkundet in der causa zwischen honestos [...] ecclesie filialis in Summpach parochiali ecclesie in [...] Pat. dioc. et mei archidiaconatui subjecte actores et [...] Johann Gruenhofer rectorem ecclesie parochialis in Nidern(hausen) im Streit um eine wöchentliche Messe in der Filialkirche; der Archidiakon hat für die actores eine definitive Sentenz erlassen, und der Pfarrer appelliert dagegen an den Metropoliten von Salzburg.
