Bartholomäus de Maraschis, Bf. von Castelli und päpstlischer Legat, erhebt auf Bitte K. Friedrichs III. die Pfarrkirche St. Johannes in Zwettl extra muros oppidi zur Kollegiatskirche und gibt dem Kapitel eine Verfassung.
