Georg List (Gorg der List), Richter des Marktes Pöllau (Poelan), und der Rat und Gemeinde, bestätigen, dass die Familie des verstorbenen Erhart, ehemals Pedell der Universität Wien, aus Pöllau stammt und dass Erhart selbst hier geboren sei. Katharina (Kathrey), die Frau Simon Rechbergers (dez Rechperger) sei Erharts Schwester von Vater- und Mutterseite, während Michael sein Bruder von Mutterseite sei. Deshalb sei Katharina die alleinige Erbin Erharts.
