Hans Preis (Preyß) und seine Frau Christina verkaufen dem Schmied Christan Ulmann (Vlman) und seiner Frau Klara für 82 Pfund Pfennige ihr Haus zu Oberlaa (öbern Löch under dem Winernperg) nächst dem Haus des Jakob Scheut (Scheawt ?) in der Herrschaft der Magdalena [Enhuberin], Äbtissin des St. Niklas-Klosters auf der Landstraße vor dem Stubentor, und quittieren den Erhalt der Kaufsumme.
