Herzog Leopold von Österreich bestätigt den Bürgern von Kempten auf ihre Bitten das Privileg, das ihnen König Heinrich von Böhmen am 24. August 1325 gegeben hat. Die Bestätigung erfolgt in seinem Namen und im Namen seiner Brüder Herzog Rudolf und Herzog Albrecht.
