Augustin Strolz und seine Ehefrau Anna, sesshaft zum Klösterle, verkaufen ihrem Bruder beziehungsweise Schwager Jäck Strolz und Zyia, seiner Ehefrau, um 70 Pfund Pfennig ihr eigen ererbtes im Tannberger Gericht und auf Zürs gelegenes Gut, Haus, Stallung, Speicher, Wiese, Mahd in Aberen, ferner Mahd und Weide auf Zürs und ihre Gerechtigkeit in Bockbach.
