Reverendissimo in Christo patri et domino suo gratioso, domino Georio Pataviensis ecclesie Episcopo, vel eius Vicario in Spiritualibus generali, Ulricus dictus Cinkk opidanus Wiennensis, Reverentiam et devotionem debitas cum desiderio obsequendi Ad Capellam beatorum apostolorum Philippi et Jacobi, sitam Wienne in domo mea, dicta Coloniensium Curia, vestre diocesis, cuius quidem Capelle Jus patronatus michi pertinet, vacantem ad presens ex obitu quondam Georii sui novissimi Capellani, Reverentie vestre honorabilem virum, dominum Johannem Friderici Kraftonis subdyaconum vestre diocesis, pro vero eius Rectore presento ex certa scientia in hiis scriptis. Rogans attente quatenus ad huiusmodi presentationem meam, eundem dominum Johannem meum presentatum, vel certum eius procuratorem suo nomine, dignemini de dicta capella et universis suis Juribus et pertinentiis, investire auctoritate vestra ordinaria et instituere tam in eisdem Adhibitis sollempnitatibus debitis et consuetis.
