* Ulricus dictus Cinkk, oppidanus Wiennensis, zeigt dem Bischof Georg von Passau an, dass er zum Rector der in seinem Hause, genannt Coloniensium curia, gelegenen S. Philipps- und Jakobskapelle, nach dem Tode des Rectors Georg den Passauer Subdiakon Johannem, Friderici Kraftonis, präsentiere.

Rogans attente quatenus ad huiusmodi presentationem meam, eundem dominum Johannem meum presentatum, vel certum eius procuratorem suo nomine, dignemini de dicta capella et universis suis Juribus et pertinentiis, investire auctoritate vestra ordinaria et instituere tam in eisdem Adhibitis sollempnitatibus debitis et consuetis.
