Wilhelmus de Skala Dominus in Swyhow, Vobis Prudentibus viris consulibus et Juratis civitatis Wyenne nec non ceteris civitatibus terre austrie Insuper et singulis incollis vestris honorabiles. Scire velitis veluti nobilis dominus Johannes de Skala residens in Rabii frater noster vobis totique ibidem in Austria terre se hostem nec non diffidentem inimicum suas per literas assignavit, ob causam nobilis domini Puothe de Skala bone memorie fratris nostri, idcirco eandem propter causam me ipsum ac omnes meos et illos qui mei causa volunt facere vel dimittere contra vos totamque terram prefatam assigno hostem ac hostes et diffidentem inimicum et Inimicos Itaque nulla in causa honorem nostrum pariter fidem nostram violare et vitiare volumus.
