Nos Patriarcha Bertrandus tenore presencium profitemur quod omnes et singulos Cives et Mercatores, Civitatis Wiennensis, per totum nostrum dominium et districtum, cum ipsorum mercimoniis et bonis, veniendo, stando, et redeundo assidavimus et tenore presencium assidamus, in rebus pariter et personis, per nos, omnesque nostros subditos et subiectos, et omnes alios quicunque existat, sine omni dolo et fraude. Ita quod praedicti mercatores cum suis bonis et mercimoniis, per totum nostrum dominium secure et sine impedimento omni hora et tempore transire valeant et venire. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras, sigillo nostro sigillatas, eisdem duximus concedendas. Datum Utini Anno domini Millesimo Trecentesimo Quadragesimo tercio, die XIII. mensis Octobris.
