    Fridliebus Officialis Curie Pataviensis, et eiusdem Ecclesie canonicus, tenore presencium publice recognosco discretum virum dominum Jacobum Pollonem Cappellanum Cappelle beate Marie virginis in Otenhaym, deinceps facere absolutum et quietum, ab omni actione quam pro tunc habuit dominus Nycolaus cappellanus honesti viri domini Dyeterici dicti Flusthart Civis Wiennensis, contra dictum dominum Jacobum pro quodam libro videlicet Graduali, a prefato Nycolao dicte Cappelle, iam dudum libere dato et donato, prout iudicialiter et canonice coram me extitit diffinitum. In cuius rei testimonium sibi trado presentes mei sigilli munimine roboratas. Datum Wienne in crastino beati Vincencii martiris, anno domini Millesimo Trecentesimo Quinquagesimo Octavo.
