    Rvdolfus dei gracia Romanorum rex semper augustus. Vniuer- sis presentes litteras intuentibus volumus esse notum, quod nos prop ter grata et fidelia que venerabilis Chvnradus episcopus Frisingensis princeps noster dilectus nobis et sacro Romano imperio impendit obsequia et in antea poterit impendere gratiora, sibi et ecclesie sue omnem auenam que marichviter wulgariter nuncupatur, que per pre- dicti Frisingensis ecclesie in dem Heubs, Waidhoven et Hollenstain nobis ad nostra granaria dari debeat annis singulis, de speciali gracia relaxamus, tamdiu quousque eandem graciam et remissionem duxerimus expresse per nostras speciales litteras ab eodem episcopo pro nostro beneplacito reuocandam, volentes pariter et mandantes vt nullus procuratorum, iudicum vel officialium nostrorum avenam huiusmodi siue marchruter a memorato episcopo vel aliquorum prediorum officialibus medio tempore exigat aut requirat, donec eandem graciam vt premissum est, ab eodem episcopo per nostras litteras reuocemus. Datum Wienne, anno domini M. CC LXXVI(!)., X. kalendas Junii, indictione quinta, regni nostri anno quarto.
