    Nos Engelbertus dei gracia abbas, Heinricus prior totusque conuentus monasterii Admontensis presentibus profitemur, quod ad

    instanciam et voluntatem illustris domini nostri domini Alberti ducis Austrie et Styrie de nostra permissione et consensu procedit, vt predium ecclesie nostre apud sanctum Petrum in Augia cum castro et foro et ad ipsa pertinentibus reuerendo domino et patri in Christo domino Emchoni venerabili episcopo Frisingensi pro summa pecunie quam et quantam predicto iliustri domino nostro duci sub suarum litterarum testimonio duxerit(!) acceptandam et mutuandam, pigno- ris nomine obligetur, sub talibus condicionibus atque pactis per quas et per que idem predium cum castro et foro et ad ipsa pertinentibus alienari a nostro ecclesia quoquo modo aut distrahi contingat, set libere redimi valeant(!) et ad redimendum reddi pro summa pecunie in predictis litteris declarate quandocunque fuerit oportunum. Actum et datum in Admundia, M. (T. LXXXXVHI., pridie nonis Martii.
