    Reuerendo domino suo C. venerabili Frisingensi episcopo R. de Valchenberch deuotum et fidele seruitium cum debita subiectione. Tenorem presentium benignitali vestre transmitto super fideiussione sicut honestis rationibus discussum est, pro Hainrico dicto Raedil, vi ipsum michi absolutum et pristine libertati restitutum transmittatis, tali �? oml it ione vt si ipse predictus Hainricus vel offenderit vestros homines percutiendo, capiendo, rapiendo vel per vim retinendo, ego Mm astrictus ad satisfactionem quinquaginta talentorum, et si forte me mon contigerit, filius meus tali pene subiaceat ut prescripsi.
