    Nos Albertus Goricie et Tirolis comes, Aquilegiensis, Triden- tine et Brixensis ecclesiarum aduocatus litteris presentibus profitemur et constare volumus vniuersis ipsarum seriem inspecturis, quod cum dominus Wernherus miles de Lok proponat et intendat dominam Ag- netam filiam quondam domini Waltheri de Stayn que nos respicit, dncere matrimonialiter in vxorem, nos in fauorem huius matrimonii per scripta presencia promittimus et spondemus, quod omnes pueros quos predicti coniuges simul procreauerint, cum domino et consan guineo nostro karissimo Emchone Frisingensi episcopo cumque sua ecclesia Frisingensi equaliter diuidere et partiri littera ista teste. Datum apud Meychowe, anno domini millesimo ducentésimo nona gesimo tercio, indictione sexta, die secundo intrante Julio.
