    Nos Ludwicus dei gracia comes palatinus Rheni dux Bawarie notum esse volumus vniuersis ad quos peruenerit presens scriptum, quod nos castrum in Herrantstsein cum iuribus suis et attinenciis vni uersis recepimus a reuerendo in Christo patre domino Chvnrado venerabili Prisingensi episcopo consanguineo nostro predilecto pro nobis nostrisque legittimis heredibus masculis titulo feodali perpetuo possidendum, excepto omni iure patronatus ecclesie eiusdem loci in Herrantstein quod idem episcopus nobis consencientibus sibi suisque

    successoribus in signum proprietatis et dominii perpetuo reseruauit. Ad hec promisimus etiam eidem episcopo bona fide, quod idem castrum cum suis attinenciis neque feodali nec alio quocunque titulo sine sua licencia speciali in personam aliam transferremus, sed pro nostris nostrorumque heredum vsibus tenebimur perpetuo conseruare. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras iussimus nostri sigilli munimine roborari. Datum Wienne, anno domini M. CC. LXXVII., idus Julii.
